Scott has been handling DUI and criminal cases for over 10 years. Scott has handled thousands of DUI cases, drug cases, theft and domestic violence cases - while keeping clients informed every step of the way.
Scott possess specialized training in the areas of DUI and Domestic Violence, is certified in Standard Field Sobriety Testing, and previously served as an instructor to police officers on various aspects of domestic violence and abuse. As a prosecutor, he handled misdemeanor and felony DUIs, Vehicular Homicides, cases of Child Abuse, Elder Exploitation, Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Murder.
Seeing first-hand how a good attorney can positively influence the outcome of a case, Scott now uses his experience, skills, and training to vigorously defend clients and their rights. He has previously served as board member of Reform Georgia, an organization advocating for systemic criminal justice reform in Georgia.
Scott graduated from Vanderbilt University and from Indiana University McKinney School of Law. He lives in Savannah, with his wife and two children. His family attends Blessed Sacrament Church.
